I have a diverse variety of clients ranging from elderly and disabled to experienced athletes. I have extensive experience in working with severe health challenges. I've established a team approach by working with several integrative medical doctors to address many health issues for my clients such as sports injuries, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, heart diseases, etc. In today's fast paced high stress world, I love helping people cope with their lives and enhancing their well being with health and fitness.
